The location of the apartment complex allows for easy access to every area of Huntsville. The rent is very reasonable and easy to pay online. It is a quiet area and very safe.

Everything about my living experience at Arlington Place at Research Park has been simple. I deal with all of my bills online and/or over the phone, so I never have to make trips or send checks in the mail. All of my neighbors are friendly, and I have never been involved in or observed any kind of altercations.

Life in Arlington place is very comfortable, It feels like home as soon as you move in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful whenever they can be. Overall its just a great place to live.

It's a good place to live. They enforce the rules which are in place to make sure you have a good experience. I recommend this place to others. I always let them know how responsive mgmt is to needs.
